Magic Kingdom Area DVC Resorts
You’ll love the options available near Magic Kingdom and the many different forms of transportation in this area. Staying nearby makes midday breaks from Magic Kingdom, or switching parks to Epcot if you have Park Hopper Disney tickets, a breeze.
Bay Lake Tower is nestled right next to the Tomorrowland side of Magic Kingdom park. This resort has a walkway, boat, monorail or bus option depending on the weather. You can easily take the resort monorail to the Transportation and Ticket Center and get on the transfer monorail to Epcot.

The walkway from the Grand Floridian to Magic Kingdom is newer and a bit lengthy but a nice option to have.

Polynesian guests can enjoy a monorail or boat ride to Magic Kingdom or the walkway through the Grand Floridian and on to the park. The monorail to Epcot, by way of the Transportation and Ticket Center, is also an option here.

There are actually two different Disney Vacation Club home resorts you can rent from here: Boulder Ridge, the 2000 original, and Copper Creek, the 2017 addition. This property has boat and bus access to Magic Kingdom depending on the weather.
The cabins, really Fort Wilderness overall, has boat or bus options to neighboring Magic Kingdom.

The Skyliner access at this entrance easily takes you to Hollywood Studios. There’s also a boat that takes you to Epcot and Hollywood Studios from here.

When you want to be close to Hollywood Studios, there’s quite a bit of overlap with Epcot resorts. These two parks are connected by a waterway. That makes all of the hotels in that area a great option for visitors interested in staying close to either or both parks.
While it’s possible to walk to Hollywood Studios from a few different resorts, it’s quite a distance. You may want to take the boat and save your steps.
Disney’s Beach Club Resort is just a quick boat ride, or lengthy walk, from Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
