There are great savings to be found with renting DVC points. With so many resorts there’s a range of prices to choose from. Let’s explore where each resort sits in terms of price and value. DVC Rental Store rises to the challenge of providing value to both the guests renting points and the members renting their points out. If you’re searching for deals, older Disney Vacation Club Resorts will almost always be the best place to look. Newer resorts are often higher in price per point. It can also take more points per night to stay at different properties. Read on for money-saving tips and how to pick the best Disney Vacation Club resorts for value!

DVC Resorts Best Value: Lowest to Highest Price List

DVC Resorts in Order of Value: Best Price to Most Expensive

Below we have all of the DVC resorts ranked in the order of value from best to priciest. Value is really a subjective term. You may think staying at Disney’s Beach Club Resort is worth every penny! So for this list below we priced out renting studio style accommodations to get a general idea of where each stands in terms of cost.

This isn’t a perfect order of least expensive to most expensive. It is a general idea of where each resort stands in price. Prices can fluctuate based on selections like view and time of year and this is only based on the same week in May of 2026.

Disney’s Old Key West Resort

Disney’s BoardWalk Villas

Disney’s Animal Kingdom Villas

Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort

Disney’s Vero Beach Resort**

Boulder Ridge Villas at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge

Copper Creek Villas and Cabins at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge

Disney’s Beach Club Villas

Bay Lake Tower at Disney’s Contemporary Resort

The Villas at Disneyland Hotel

Disney’s Hilton Head Island Resort **

Aulani, Disney Vacation Club Villas**

The Cabins at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort*

The Villas at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa

Disney’s Polynesian Villas and Bungalows

Disneys’ Riviera Resort

The Villas at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel

Disney’s Old Key West Resort

*Remember that The Cabins at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort only has one room style. Considering that you get your own private cabin that sleeps five with a kitchen, living room and deck, this is a fantastic value. It’s in the middle of the list in price but actually a great value when compared to some of the other DVC rooms that sleep five.

**Resorts located on their own may have different pricing variables than those near the parks. For example, Disney’s Vero Beach Resort price chart is different than Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa. The low season travel period lasts from September 1 through November 24 in 2026 at Vero Beach. At resorts at Disney World, it’s September 1 through the 30 during the same year. This can cause prices, and value, to vary throughout the year.

Demand vs Supply at Resorts: The Effect On Pricing

DVC Rental Store continually works to adjust pricing based on what is presented by Members and what is wanted by renters.

For example, a resort with a smaller DVC presence and less rooms overall, like The Villas at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel will have less availability. This park-side property is within walking distance of both Disneyland theme parks and in high demand for those visiting the west coast parks. With less inventory, guests can expect to pay more per point to rent at the Grand Californian.

Other factors, that may be within your control, that will alter the price of your DVC stay:

  • view
  • DVC resort
  • time period
  • day of the week
  • type of DVC room
  • how far out you book

DVC Value: The Price Depends on Your Party

One thing that can help you determine the best value DVC resorts for your needs specifically is the number of people in your room. You may come across a situation where a resort has studios that sleep five and one bedroom villas that sleep four. If you’re a travel party of five, you’d probably be paying less staying in the smaller villa that sleeps five versus looking for a one bedroom that fits everyone.
