Cool KIDS’ SUMMER Returns for 2026
From May 26 to September 8, 2026, Disney World will host Cool KIDS’ SUMMER, which includes lots of limited-time entertainment, new experiences, and attraction updates. Here’s a preview of all the fun to come!
Free Water Park Admission on Check-in Day
During Cool KIDS’ SUMMER, guests at Disney-owned-and-operated resorts, including DVC resorts, can visit a water park for free on their check-in day! This was a great perk in 2025, and even better for 2026 is that both Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach will be available this summer.
Note that if you have a split stay, you get free water park admission for each of your check-in days.
Free Dining Plan for Kids
Throughout 2026, you can get a free dining plan for children ages 3 to 9 when you purchase the dining plan for guests ages 10 and up and stay at a Disney resort. This includes DVC rental stays! Many guests enjoy the convenience of having prepaid meals and snacks while on vacation. If you would like to add the dining plan to your DVC rental reservation, visit the DVC Rental Store Guest Portal and click on “Request Dining Plan.”
New Experiences
Summertime kicks off lots of new experiences perfect for the whole family:
Animal Kingdom
- Bluey and Bingo – Hop on the Wildlife Express Train and meet the Heeler sisters at Conservation Station. Play games inspired by the show, take pictures with Bluey and Bingo, and meet animals from Bluey’s home country of Australia.
Hollywood Studios
- Disney Jr. Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Live! – The new stage production at Hollywood Studios is based on the series, Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, and will feature Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Daisy, and Pluto.
- Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run – Guests can join a brand new mission featuring The Mandalorian and Grogu
- Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets – The Muppets have taken over this thrilling coaster, which will include songs from the Electric Mayhem and plenty of hijinks from The Muppets!
Magic Kingdom
- Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin – The refurbished ride features updated ride vehicles and new hand-held blasters.
EPCOT
- Soarin’ Across America – In honor of the United States’ 250th birthday, Soarin’ will debut a new adventure on Memorial Day. The latest version of the ride will highlight landscapes and cityscapes across the nation.
Limited-Time Character Appearances
Throughout the summer, guests will be in for a special treat during Early Theme Park Entry: characters will be making appearances at each of the four theme parks during these 30-minute early entry periods!
For Cool KIDS’ SUMMER, GoofyCore will return to CommuniCore Hall at EPCOT. Kids can dance along with Goofy and the Goof Troop and play games from Goofy’s Game Machine, such as Goofy Says, Balloon Bonanza, and Parachutes ‘n’ Pipsqueaks.
Also exclusive to Cool KIDS’ SUMMER is Jessie’s Roundup at Diamond Horseshoe at Magic Kingdom. Join Jessie, Woody, and their friends for crafts, dancing, and even yodeling.
