Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party December Dates
Mickey’s Christmas Party at Magic Kingdom is sold out for 2025.
However, you will still want to know the dates of this event for planning purposes.
Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party December 2025 event dates:
- December 2, 4, 5, 7, 9, 11, 12, 14, 16, 18, 19, 21
In the past, for the week of Christmas both Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade and Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks are part of the regular day at the park. Happily Ever After does not play these nights.
Tip: Heading to a theme park that has a special event in the evening can be a great way to take advantage of low waits. That applies for both Magic Kingdom’s Christmas parties and Hollywood Studios Jollywood Nights. You may find less people in the park overall during the day but especially the last few hours before the party begins as waits start to go down.

Jollywood Nights at Hollywood Studios
As of early in the month, tickets are still available for most events.
These are the dates for December for Jollywood Nights:
December 1, 6, 10, 13, 17, 20 and 22
DVC Resort Gingerbread Displays 2025
The Grand Floridian may not have a gingerbread house this year due to continued lobby construction but there are more resorts offering this kind of holiday cheer. Gingerbread displays are at a handful of other Disney Vacation Club resorts for the season.

New Year’s Eve at Disney World
The holiday season ends with some of the most impressive fireworks at Disney World. For New Year’s Eve there are multiple opportunities to enjoy the Magic Kingdom fireworks.
Magic Kingdom‘s New Year’s Eve fireworks show, Fantasy in the Sky, is scheduled for both December 30 and 31 with two shows each night. There is a traditional show that starts before midnight and one earlier in the evening. This gives guests four times to choose from to see this special show.
Epcot rings in the new year around World Showcase with celebrations in each country. There is also a special firework addition for the occasion.
Hollywood Studios does not have a regular firework show but last year a ten second countdown and the Auld Lang Syne song were accompanied by some fireworks at midnight.
Animal Kingdom does not have a nighttime show for New Year’s Eve.
Disney Springs does not have a New Year’s Eve celebration.
Park Closures and Ride Refurbishments in December at WDW

- The Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster pre-show with Aerosmith is no longer running at Hollywood Studios.
