Putting Your Points Up for Rent Is Quick
To either rent out points or a confirmed reservation, you’ll complete the Member Signup Form and log into your account. From there, you’ll enter your contact information and payment information, and sign the intermediary agreement and a W-9 tax form. You can then enter information about the points or confirmed reservation that you would like to rent out. The process is straightforward and only takes a matter of minutes.

You Get Paid Quickly
Once you book the Guest’s reservation or transfer the confirmed reservation to the Guest, and the Guest signs the rental agreement, you receive 75% of the rental payment up front! The remaining 25% is received when the Guest checks in. With the option to be paid via PayPal, check, or ACH bank transfer, payment is quick and easy.
