The payout rates are increased for reservations made within the 7-11 month booking window:
- Animal Kingdom Villas: $17/point
- Bay Lake Tower: $17/point
- Polynesian Villas & Bungalows: $20/point
Reservations made within the 0-7 month window still payout at $14 per point.
Why Are Payouts Increased for These Specific Resorts?
The rental market is driven by supply and demand. With guest demand being particularly strong at Animal Kingdom Villas, Bay Lake Tower, and the Polynesian, DVC points from these resorts are in demand to fulfill rental requests. It’s this increased demand that makes points at these popular resorts more valuable than ever.
How Can I Rent Out My Points at the Increased Payouts?
Instead of simply listing your points for rent, the fastest way to rent out your points is to claim an open listing. Open listings are guest reservation requests that have yet to be fulfilled. The listing will show the guest’s preferred resort, travel dates, and room type. Once you claim a listing, you’ll receive an email with all the details and booking instructions.
How Soon Will I Get Paid?
You’ll receive 75% of the total payment within a few business days after all the agreements have been signed, and the Guest pays the full deposit. The remaining 25% if received after the Guest checks in for the resort stay.
