STK’s New All-You-Can-Eat Sunday Brunch at Disney Springs!

October 10, 2025
By

There’s a new brunch at Disney Springs that deserves a spot on your must-do list. It’s time to stop by STK Steakhouse because they’ve launched an all you can eat brunch that’s $39 per person. Naturally, we need to check it out together.

The last time I dined at STK, it was on their back porch for my husband’s birthday. The elevated outdoor seating, the atmosphere, and the steaks were all fantastic. This time, though, it’s all about brunch, and although this meal was hosted, I’m ready to give you my honest take on the food and overall experience.

First Impressions and Atmosphere

If you’ve never stepped inside STK’s main dining room, it’s modern, chic, and lively. We had an 11:00 a.m. reservation, and when we arrived, the vibe was fairly relaxed. As brunch went on, the volume increased slightly as the DJ began to spin from the elevated booth. At night, the music is known to be very loud, but during brunch it was energetic without being overwhelming. It created a fun backdrop rather than a distraction.

One thing to note right away is that there’s no drip coffee on the brunch menu, only espresso. I ordered an espresso, and it was fabulous. It was rich, smooth, and perfect just as it was. No sugar or cream needed.

What’s Included in the All You Can Eat Brunch

The brunch menu is structured as a fixed price all you care to enjoy experience, with a few à la carte options available. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Pastry & Bread Basket – A croissant, cinnamon roll dusted with powdered sugar, and mini baguettes, accompanied by small jellies
  • Baby Gem Caesar Salad – Topped generously with freshly shredded parmesan
  • Charcuterie Board – Various meats including prosciutto and a selection of cheeses
  • Main Dishes – Chicken and waffles, biscuits and gravy, cheesy tots, scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausage
  • Beverages – Espresso and orange juice are included

When the food started to arrive, the table quickly filled. What looks like just a few things on the menu multiplies fast once everything lands in front of you.

Tasting Through the Menu

The Caesar salad was the first to arrive. It’s a milder Caesar without that sharp anchovy bite some have, and I actually loved that. The charcuterie board followed, beautifully presented with prosciutto and buttery cheeses that paired perfectly together.

Then came the baskets and plates: warm pastries, cheesy tots, crispy bacon, waffles, and more. The cheesy tots were a standout. There’s definitely something going on beyond just cheese, almost a creamy béchamel-like quality that gave them a subtle bite and luscious texture. The waffles were toasty on the outside and soft on the inside, just the way they should be.

The chicken appears to be both boneless breasts and thighs. The breading was outstanding. It was crispy, crunchy, and flavorful while keeping the chicken moist inside. The bacon was ultra crispy, and the scrambled eggs were delicious.

When it came to the pastries and breads, the biscuits were the clear winner. They were light, soft, and perfect for making little breakfast sandwiches with the eggs and bacon. The croissant and baguettes were fine, but they didn’t steal the spotlight.

Brunch with a Beat

This isn’t your quiet, tea-sipping kind of brunch. With a DJ spinning classic tracks and a fun, upbeat atmosphere, STK’s brunch is made for guests who enjoy a little energy with their eggs. I loved it.

The music level during brunch is also significantly lower than it is at dinner, which makes it a great option for families or anyone who wants to enjoy conversation without shouting. There’s also plenty of outdoor seating if you prefer a breezier environment.

Final Thoughts

The team at STK was fantastic, and our server Travis was an absolute delight.

The cheesy tots were hands down my favorite item on the table, followed closely by the biscuits and that perfectly crisp chicken. The espresso kept me happily caffeinated all morning, and the variety of offerings felt like a great value for the $39 price point.

A quick note for planners: brunch service has shifted from both Saturday and Sunday to Sundays only, from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. If you’ve avoided STK at night because of the volume, brunch is a completely different experience. It’s still lively and fun, but with a much more manageable sound level.
