How Do I Get My Ride Photos?
You can use your MagicBand, MagicBand+, or mobile device to link your photos to your My Disney Experience account. If you use a MagicBand or MagicBand+ that is already connected to your My Disney Experience app, you just have to make sure you wear your band while riding the attraction. Any photos or videos will link automatically.
If using a mobile device, you’ll have to make sure that the proper permissions are enabled. For iOS devices, sign into the My Disney Experience app and enable Bluetooth permissions for the app. For Android devices, sign into the My Disney Experience app and enable Location Permissions for the app, and turn off Power Save Mode. Whichever type of device you have, just be sure to keep it secure when you ride the attraction, whether that is in a pocket, your bag, or one of the compartments built into the attraction!
Where Can I Find My Photos and Videos?
You’ll find your photos and videos within the My Disney Experience app. From the homepage, click on the hamburger menu on the bottom right corner. Scroll down to Photo Gallery under Disney PhotoPass to view your photos and videos.
How Can I Purchase My Photos and Videos for Downloading?
There are a few options for purchasing your photos: Memory Maker, Disney PhotoPass Downloads for Annual Passholders, or Lightning Lane Multi Pass.
Memory Maker
You can purchase Memory Maker to download all of your attraction photos and videos plus those taken by Disney PhotoPass photographers throughout the duration of your trip. If you prefer to just choose one day’s worth of photos and videos, you can purchase Memory Maker One Day.
Disney PhotoPass Downloads for Annual Passholders
If you have an annual pass, you can purchase the PhotoPass add-on for $99 plus tax to get downloads of all the photos and videos in your account, including those from attractions and those taken by PhotoPass photographers.
Lightning Lane Multi Pass
Included with your Lightning Lane Multipass are the digital downloads of all the attraction photos and videos from the day of your purchase. However, it does not include downloads of the photos captured by PhotoPass photographers.
